Cloud hosting provider Rackspace has announced that its redesigned, OpenStack powered public cloud with Performance Cloud Servers will now be available in Hong Kong. The offering  will be available to customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region including Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Greater China.
