Global managed hosting and cloud infrastructure services provider, Rackspace Technology, has increased the scope of its long-term strategic cooperation with Google Cloud. By doing so, Rackspace anticipates speeding up client adoption of Google Cloud infrastructure and solutions.
As part of the extended cooperation, the professional teams at Rackspace Technology intend to provide “cutting-edge solutions” in the fields of data, artificial intelligence (AI), migrations, application modernization, and industry use cases to assist clients in understanding the benefits of Google Cloud. By creating an expanded Rackspace Technology Google Cloud services team, Rackspace expects to increase its services capacity for Google Cloud clients significantly.
In accordance with the terms of their mutual agreement, Rackspace Technology will make investments to increase the global reach of its devoted Google Cloud Business Unit, optimize spending, and concentrate on developing unique solutions, sales, and delivery experiences that would enable clients to maximize their Google Cloud investments.

According to Gartner, global end-user expenditure on public cloud services is expected to increase 20.7% to $591.8 billion in 2023 from $490.3 billion in 2022.
Accelerate Adoption of New Technologies
Together with Google Cloud expertise, the specialized Rackspace Technology experts will help customers globally with strategy and cloud-native development to speed up innovation on Google Cloud. In addition, as a part of the extended relationship, Google Cloud is collaborating with Rackspace Technology to create a Rackspace Google Cloud Center of Excellence to teach and develop Rackers to become knowledgeable about Google Cloud products and solutions.
