Rubrik Signs Cloud Harmonics to Distribute and Support Rubrik Cloud Data Management Platform Within Its Channel Partner Community

Cloud Harmonics, a pioneer of holistic distribution providing education, engagement and enablement capabilities for channel partners, has joined the Rubrik Partner Program and will distribute and support the Rubrik Cloud Data Management platform within its channel partner community.

Rubrik has developed its Cloud Data Management platform for data protection, search, analytics, archival and copy data management for hybrid and multi-cloud enterprises. Fortune 500 companies use Rubrik to manage data at scale while realizing data-driven services anytime, anywhere.

Cloud Harmonics plans to offer ‘education, engagement and enablement’ capabilities to its 500+ active value added resellers (VARs) to increase awareness and adoption of the Rubrik Cloud Data Management Platform by the channel.

“We are excited to work with an innovative partner like Cloud Harmonics because of their focus around partner training and enablement,” said Todd Dalton, Director Channel Sales, North America, Rubrik. “This has helped generate success for leading technology providers, such as Palo Alto Networks and Nutanix.”

Cloud Harmonics has launched Rubrik courseware on its proprietary Orchestra platform to deliver live, virtual, instructor-led training on Rubrik Cloud Data Management.

“We see partners and end-users looking for ways to manage data at scale, anytime, anywhere,” said Doug Chalmers, COO of Cloud Harmonics. “Rubrik’s focus on addressing the challenges customers face managing, recovering and securing data within dynamic, hybrid cloud environments fit perfectly within our portfolio of next-generation technologies. We look forward to working with Rubrik to support broader channel and end-user adoption of the industry’s first cloud data management platform.”

Working with leading technology providers, such as Aruba Networks, Arista Networks, HPE, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix and others, Cloud Harmonics provides awareness, technical proficiency and services support to its more than 500 reseller partners. The company trains more than 5000 engineers annually.

The distribution agreement follows the news that Rubrik raised a $180 million Series D investment led by IVP with strong participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and Greylock Partners, bringing total equity raised to $292 million. Rubrik announced it will use the new funds to dramatically accelerate product development and go-to-market investments worldwide.
