At the Guinness Premiership Final between Leicester Tigers and Saracens were over 500 children who were the regional winners of the twelve Land Rover Premiership Cup Rugby Festivals. They had their photos taken on the famous turf, enjoyed the attractions of the Twickenham village, then received their due acclaim in the half-time ‘Parade of Champions’. Representing Sale Sharks were the Macclesfield Under-11 team, winners at the Sale Sharks’ Community Tournament held at Preston Grasshoppers.
