Data center wholesale provider Server Farm Realty, part of international real estate investment company Red Sea Group, has expanded its reach in the Chicagoland market by adding a second data center facility located at 800 and 810 Jorie Boulevard in Oak Brook, IL – a Southwest suburb of Chicago.
This is Server Farm Realty’s second Chicagoland data center project; the company unveiled its 450,000-square-foot data center at 840 S. Canal St., Chicago in June 2013. Server Farm Realty’s Oak Brook facility is designed to support tenants looking for first-class data center, colocation, call center, disaster recovery or Network Operations Center (NOC) space.
Formally known as the Oak Brook Technology Center, the property sits on 13.49 acres of land and consists of two mid-rise office buildings totaling 193,688 square feet of rentable space. Located just 19 miles West of downtown Chicago, the complex is easily accessible from nearby airports and local and interstate highways I-294, I-88, I-290 and I-355.
