The Advanced DNS control is a powerful tool, allowing you to control individual DNS records. It’s commonly used to:
â—¾Point your website to another webserver.
â—¾Point your email to another provider.
â—¾Create your own Nameservers.
If your domain name is registered in your control panel and is using Fasthosts Nameservers, you can access the advanced DNS section of your control panel.
Difficulty: Experienced (Knowledge of DNS required)
How long will it take me?

â—¾The changes may take several hours to propagate across the Internet.
What will I need?
â—¾Your control panel username and password.
â—¾A domain name registered with Fasthosts, or using Fasthosts nameservers.
â—¾Details of the type of record you would like create, and the location you would like to point it.
