SoftServe Builds Analytics in the Cloud Solution for SaaS eCommerce Acceleration Platform Provider, Yottaa

Global technology solutions provider SoftServe, and SaaS eCommerce acceleration platform provider, Yottaa, have partnered to develop a real-time, actionable log analytics, indexing, and visualization solution to expand Yottaa’s existing ImpactAnalytics capability.

A joint team of experts from SoftServe and Yottaa developed a solution that is capable of unifying petabytes of data, categorizing it in real-time into dimensions and facts, and providing interactive displays that allow users to immediately take action to remediate anomalies and mitigate threats.

Yottaa selected SoftServe as its partner for this major project as SoftServe possess extensive technical expertise and hands-on real-world experience in developing Big Data and Analytics solutions.

Key benefits of the solution provided by SoftServe would include:

  • A distributed, reliable, and available service for efficiently collecting, aggregating, and moving large amounts of log data
  • An API-driven real-time search engine that supports multi-tenancy
  • A pluggable message brokering application to translate messages that use different protocols.

“We were excited to work with SoftServe because we needed a partner with experience creating real-time analytics solutions from high-rate, streaming log data gathered from hundreds of millions of user sessions,” said Ariel Weil, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Yottaa. “SoftServe’s team provided us with the immediate skills to serve our immediate product requirements, but also to enable a longer-term roadmap to develop and scale an increasingly robust Enterprise-grade solution moving forward.”
