Software-Defined WAN Provider, CloudGenix, Debuts New Global Partner Program

CloudGenix, a software-defined wide-area network (SD-WAN) provider headquartered in San Jose, California, has announced the launch of its new CloudGenix Partner Program. The global program would support a rapidly growing ecosystem of CloudGenix channel partners as they meet accelerated demand for the CloudGenix Instant-On Networks (ION) product family.

CloudGenix ION delivers an application-defined fabric that would eliminate the need for hardware routers, bringing a new economic model to networking and changing how networks are built and managed. Just in the last eight weeks, CloudGenix has signed more than 25 additional partners, several of which are also Cisco Gold Certified partners.

With ION, CloudGenix channel partners would add a market-creating new approach to networking to their product portfolios. ION would ensure high performance for transactional and rich media applications over a hybrid-WAN and virtualize the branch. In addition, enterprises that choose CloudGenix ION would eliminate complex networking configurations and reduce WAN costs “by as much as 70 percent.” Well, that’s the savings figure CloudGenix is promising its end-users and channel partners.

cloudgenix software defined wan“CloudGenix is 100 percent channel-driven,” said Robert Sexton, vice president of channel, CloudGenix. “The reason we have record numbers of Cisco Gold Certified partners signing up is because the CloudGenix SD-WAN solution can be introduced either as the best complement to a customer’s existing Cisco network, or as a replacement for legacy Cisco WAN routers. This flexibility enables our partners to be at the forefront of creating a new market, while de-risking introduction of breakthrough technologies. Our rich program provides our partners with the resources they need to generate more revenue, expand their offerings and collaborate with CloudGenix to attract new business.”

CloudGenix member partners work with a variety of verticals, reflecting the appeal of CloudGenix to all types of organizations.

  • Teq – a reseller in the education industry, offers CloudGenix as a solution to educators as they shift to a digital curriculum.
  • CDI – a reseller that architects, deploys and manages multi-platform hybrid IT solutions, sells CloudGenix to its financial, legal, retail and communications customers.
  • Forerunner Technologies – a communications solutions provider, also offers CloudGenix to a variety of verticals with heavy interest from healthcare customers.

“Our customer environments are evolving rapidly,” said Rich Falcone, executive vice president, CDI. “Modern applications require a new approach to networking that is agile and responsive to the business. CloudGenix is the only vendor that provides an SD-WAN solution that is truly app-defined, which means that our clients get a solution matched to their business needs. The alternatives simply don’t work for modern applications because of their inherent complexity. We look forward to continuing to work with CloudGenix to build a business that helps transform how our clients build networks and manage their remote offices.”

CloudGenix is backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charles River Ventures and the Mayfield Fund and has headquarters in San Jose, California. For more information about how to join the CloudGenix Partner Program, please visit http://www.cloudgenix.com/partners/.
