Global software and cloud technology solutions provider, SoftwareONE, a company counting around 8,300 employees, has acquired HeleCloud, a cloud-native Amazon Web Services Premier Consulting Partner headquartered in the United Kingdom. As a result of this acquisition, SoftwareONE would develop and improve its AWS capabilities in EMEA, adding a team of professional AWS specialists with considerable project delivery and managed service skills.
HeleCloud is a large European AWS System Integrator (SI) and Managed Service Provider (MSP). It serves the EMEA markets from three European locations: the UK, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria. As an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, the company delivers cloud-native consulting, software architecture services, infrastructure engineering and managed services with “unique” end-to-end cloud delivery capabilities on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
HeleCloud aims at helping clients on their AWS journey by utilizing cloud automation and security to deliver a “next generation” cloud native managed service experience. Finance or transaction specifics of the acquisition were not revealed.
