Swizznet, a cloud-based managed hosting solutions provider for SMBs, has been named a Sage Partner Cloud Strategic Hosting Provider for the commercial real estate industry in the United States. As a result of the expanded partnership, Sage clients will be able to make a smoother move to the cloud with Swizznet while keeping their current products.
As a Sage Partner Cloud Strategic Hosting Provider, Swizznet is able to provide construction and real estate enterprises with the tools, skills, and resources they need to develop and deploy Sage construction financial management solutions in the cloud.
Sage 100 and Sage 300, as well as Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (CRE), are part of the program in the United States.

Partnership Sage and Swizznet
Sage enables small and medium-sized businesses to manage their finances, operations, and people with greater visibility, flexibility, and efficiency. The Sage Partner Cloud initiative, which began in December 2020 and will end in December 2021, allows select partners to become managed service providers (MSPs) for their customers.

Swizznet’s partnership with Sage began in 2014. Swizznet first worked with Sage in 2014 as an authorized hosting partner, then as a development partner for Sage Construction and Real Estate. Swizznet is a Sage partner cloud program member, Intuit-authorized commercial Hosting provider and a Microsoft cloud solution provider.
