Media Temple, a Los Angeles-based company providing web and cloud hosting solutions to web designers, developers and creative agencies, has announced the appointment of Rod Stoddard in the role of President. Born and raised in Silicon Valley and a Los Angeles tech veteran, Mr. Stoddard brings 17 years of experience in the IT, cloud computing and e-commerce industries to the company.
Stoddard previously served as President of Martindale-Hubbell, a provider of marketing and web hosting services to legal professionals, and President of US Search, one of America’s leading online providers of people search.

Stoddard, who holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, started his tech career in the Business Development department of consumer technology news site CNET.
