Total Webhosting Solutions Acquires Dutch Hosting Company, Argeweb
December 2019 – Netherlands-based hosting conglomerate Total Webhosting Solutions (TWS), with its hosting brands across Europe including Axarnet Group, Yourhosting, Versio, PC Extreme, RealHosting, De Heeg, Savvii, Neostrada and Reviced Cloud Services, has added yet another hosting brand to its portfolio. Eurofiber Acquires Three Companies in France: Eurafibre, ATE, Eura DC

Rackspace Acquires AWS Managed Services Specialist, Onica
November 2019 – Global managed cloud provider, Rackspace, has acquired Onica – an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN) Premier Consulting Partner and AWS Managed Service Provider. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Read further.

Cloud Company Mirantis Acquires Docker Enterprise
November 2019 – Mirantis, a company helping enterprises move to the cloud on their terms, delivering a cloud experience on any infrastructure and powered by Kubernetes, has announced its acquisition of Docker’s Enterprise Platform business. Equinix Acquires Data Centers in Mexico for $175 Million
October 2019 – Global colocation and interconnection provider Equinix has acquired three data centers from Axtel (BMV: AXTELCPO) in Mexico. Serving the Mexico City and Monterrey metro areas, these three data centers are acquired by Equinix for $175 million in an all-cash transaction. Equinix plans to offer its Equinix Cloud Exchange Fabric in all three data centers. Read further.

Digital Realty Buys Interxion for $8.4 Billion
October 2019 – Digital Realty has acquired the Netherlands-based European data center colocation company Interxion. The transaction values Interxion at approximately $93.48 per ordinary share or approximately $8.4 billion of total enterprise value. Read further.

Data Center Developer/Operator ServerFarm Acquires 5NINES
October 2019 – After announcing the completion of a $200 million credit facility led by TD Securities, ServerFarm has completed the acquisition of 5NINES Global Holdings. The data center developer and operator will integrate the organization’s employees, customers, subsidiaries, operations and assets into the company’s global business. Read further.

DataBank Closes Acquisition Data Center Services Provider LightBound

Hosting Firm team.blue Acquires Large Italian Web Hoster, Register Group
September 2019 – After European hosting companies Combell Group and Trans IP Group agreed to a merger in June this year while rebranding their activities under the name team.blue, the newly created company has now acquired Register Group – an Italy-based provider of web hosting services to professionals. Register Group manages a variety of web hosting brands, serves more than 750,000 customers and has 420 employees working in their offices across Europe. Read further.

HostPapa Acquires Lunarpages, PacificHost, Santa Barbara Web Hosting, and E-Solutions

Logicalis Acquires Two MSPs in Europe
September 2019 – International IT solutions and managed services provider, Logicalis, has acquired Orange Networks, a Microsoft Managed Service Provider from Germany. At the same time Logicalis announced its acquisition of Cilnet, a systems integrator and MSP from Portugal specializing in Cisco-based solutions. Read further.

Compass Datacenters Acquires Root Data Center
July 2019 – Compass Datacenters has acquired Root Data Center for an undisclosed sum of money. This is the company’s first acquisition after recently announcing their plan to develop up to $3 billion in new data center campuses. Root operates two highly energy-efficient data centers in the Greater Montreal, Canada region. Read further.
