December 2019 – Network automation and security company, EfficientIP, has received an $11 million Series B investment from Jolt Capital to support its continued international growth. The investment would drive international expansion and deepen service offerings in response to increased global DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) demand. Read further.

Cyberhaven Closes $13M Funding Round, Unveils Data Behavior Analytics Solution

December 2019 – Data behavior analytics company Cyberhaven has announced the close of a $13 million Series A funding round and the launch of its Data Behavior Analytics (DaBA) solution. Cyberhaven would provide complete visibility into the behavior and movement of corporate trade secrets such as Intellectual Property (IP) and client data, across cloud and on-premise environments. NUVIA Closes $53M Funding Round to Invent New Silicon Design for Data Centers

November 2019 – Silicon design company NUVIA has announced the close of its Series A funding round raising $53 million.

The funding round was co-led by prominent Silicon Valley investors Capricorn Investment Group, Dell Technologies Capital, Mayfield and WRVI Capital, with additional participation from Nepenthe. Read further.

After Raising $147M in Funding, Acronis Now Values Its Assets at $1bn

September 2019 – Last week, backup and cybersecurity solutions vendor Acronis announced a $147 million investment round led by Goldman Sachs. The first investment round since being founded in 2003. The company claims its valuation to be over one billion dollars now, which makes it a tech unicorn. Read further.

September 2019 – Cologix, a North American data center company with data centers located in Ashburn, Columbus, Dallas, Jacksonville, Lakeland, Minneapolis, Montreal, New Jersey, Toronto and Vancouver, has secured $500 Million of additional ‘growth capital’ investment from Abu Dhabi-based global investment firm, Mubadala. Startup Tibit Completes $25 Million Series B Funding Led by Intel Capital

August 2019 – Tibit Communications, a Petaluma, CA based startup developing “next-generation” access devices for Passive Optical Networking (PON), has announced the completion of a Series B funding led by Intel Capital.
