This video will help you transfer a UK domain to another provider. The process is different if you wish to transfer an international domain (eg .com, .net) to another provider, or any domain to another Fasthosts account.
You can transfer .co.uk, .uk, .org.uk, .ltd.uk, .me.uk and .plc.uk domain names away from Fasthosts, provided that the domain name has been registered for at least 60 days. UK domains can be transferred once expired as long as the domain is still shown as “registered” on the WhoIs.
The transfer process is quick and free of charge. Transferring a domain name will move the domain registration to another provider, it will not transfer your website or any other hosted services.
When transferring your domain name you should follow your new providers’ procedure for transferring the domain. At some point in the process you will be asked to change the IPS tag on your domain name. This article explains how to change this tag within the Fasthosts control panel.

◾Your Control panel Username and password.
◾A .uk domain name
