After acquiring two Dutch ecommerce hosting companies, Skyberate and MageHost, Total Webhosting Solutions (TWS) has acquired yet another web hosting company from the Netherlands. This time they’ve bought IPS. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, IPS is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After this acquisition, IPS will join forces with RealHosting which is already part of TWS.

TWS operates in the web hosting and cloud services market and consists of several autonomous business units. Each unit delivers products and (specialized) services to their market segment. TWS believes that as a result of their autonomous character, the business units can operate agile, adaptive while providing the highest possible added value for customers.
