Managed IT service provider CloudScale365, a managed hosting company with multiple offices across the U.S., has completed the acquisition of Priorpoint, a regional service provider with headquarters in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
With capabilities that complement CloudScale365’s cloud, hosting, security, and business continuity solutions, Priorpoint is active in the field of managed cloud and on-premises IT services. CloudScale365’s portfolio of regional data centers is increased by two with the purchase.

Customers Globally
Over 750 of CloudScale365’s clients are now located in the Southeast of the United States, and the company serves 4,000 businesses, non-profits, and governmental organizations globally.
