Innovative Interfaces, a California-based vendor of library software with offices around the world, has signed a colocation deal with Interxion. As the software vendor decided to base their European IT operation in Ireland, it will use Interxion’s Dublin data center to deliver support, development and hosting solutions for the EMEA market.
“Our expansion into Europe required a data center service provider that could deliver across Europe,” said Grant McDougall, Business Manager at Innovative Interfaces. “Interxion’s Pan European footprint and carrier-neutrality made them the natural choice which combined with their expertise and support has made our entrance a seamless one.”
The colocation deal will also provide Innovative Interfaces with the required resilient connectivity as well as delivering IT consolidation, implementation, planning and support services from Interxion’s colocation facility in west Dublin.
Headquartered in Emeryville, California, Innovative Interfaces serves thousands of libraries in over 50 countries and has offices around the world. The company’s flagship library automation services platform is called Sierra.
As a provider of cloud and carrier-neutral colocation data center services in Europe, Interxion is serving a wide range of customers through 34 data centers in 11 European countries.
