From time to time, it is likely that email will be sent to an address that is not in your account. There are two ways of dealing with this sort of email. You could return it to the sender, advising them that this email address does not exist, or you can forward this email to another mailbox.
This video will explain how you can create a “catch all” email forwarder that will automatically forward any email that would otherwise be undeliverable, to another mailbox.
