Hank Seader provides an introduction to the Uptime Institute’s FORCSS methodology, a communication framework that analyzes Digital Infrastructure deployment alternatives among internal data centers as well as the various approaches to third-party IT service provisioning. Comprising six key selection metrics, FORCSS is designed to ensure effective investment by providing a holistic but succinct evaluation framework for key alternatives intended to avoid “analysis paralysis.”
