In this video, we will cover the basic steps involved in setting up your email signature in Mozilla Thunderbird.
For this example, we are using Ubuntu, but these steps will work on Windows and Mac OS.
1. Once you have set up your account, click on the Account Settings with a right-click or by choosing Edit and then Account Settings.
2. Fill in the signature field with your optional HTML content. (If using HTML, check the box for “Use HTML”.)
3. Click OK.
Now you can “Write” a new message and see your signature appear.
