vXchnge, a carrier-neutral colocation service provider with a broad geographic footprint, has earned the ISO/IEC 27001 certification for all of its data centers. ISO/IEC 27001 tests the overall effectiveness of the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 confirms that vXchnge‘s security management program includes international standards to help vXchnge customers’ better service their global clients.
The ISO 27001 certification covers all 15 vXchnge data centers across North America, supporting the secure operations of its colocation services. ISMS is a framework of policies and procedures that include all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organization’s information risk management processes. It’s a systematic approach to managing private and sensitive information so that it remains secure.
