Hostinger, a global web hosting provider headquartered in Lithuania boasting 40 localized services worldwide and over 30 million users, is now able to accept cross-border transactions in more than 120 currencies through a partnership with Acquiring Bank Credorax.
“The capabilities Credorax offers us to streamline the international payment process makes this company the best choice for us when looking for an acquiring partner,” said Daugirdas Jankus, CMO of Hostinger. “We strive to provide our customers with the easiest possible experience when setting up their website. It was therefore important to find a payment provider that would allow us to accept payments seamlessly and in local currency, removing any barrier to using our services. We look forward to working with Credorax, a partner we can count on as we grow and develop our payment solutions.”
Credorax already works with web hosting service providers and SaaS partners, including SEMRush and NordVPN. This partnership with Hostinger would offer Credorax the opportunity to tap into the growing fintech market in Eastern Europe.
“We are excited about the partnership with the Lithuanian web hosting provider. With this, we are expanding our presence in a region where fintech continues to grow,” said Igal Rotem, CEO of Credorax. “By using our services, Hostinger can accept payments in both widespread and less common currencies, such as currencies in the Asian and African regions. Hostinger can expand its customer base by offering its customers payment solutions in local currencies. At the same time, we can further expand our innovative and secure payment services in a growing Eastern European market.
