The AWS Skills Guild is a comprehensive enablement program for big businesses that helps them develop their cloud expertise through the seamless integration of AWS learning opportunities. The AWS Skills Guild architecture will be used by Wipro Step Up to change how workers interact with clients during their AWS Cloud experiences.
“As the world continues to evolve and cloud becomes the foundation for business success, we are doubling down on our strategic partnerships to advance our clients’ business goals and help them drive new competitive advantage in a rapidly changing world,” said Jason Eichenholz, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Ecosystems and Partnerships, Wipro Limited. “Our Skills Guild builds on our existing cloud capabilities and deepens our AWS competencies to help clients drive accelerated ROI from AWS Cloud investments.”
The AWS Skills Guild will provide technical specialists throughout Wipro with the AWS Cloud competences required to foster deeper interaction with clients, building on Wipro FullStride Cloud Services’ cloud domain experience. The initiative would change how Wipro workers interact and work together with clients, assisting them in creating businesses that are future-proof and driving continual innovation on the AWS Cloud.

The Step Up AWS Skills Guild’s first phase will begin in December 2022 and eventually be implemented for all employees, greatly increasing the proportion of workers who hold AWS Certifications.
