Wolfe, a Seattle-based provider of fiber-based Ethernet and Internet solutions across the Unites States, has established multiple points-of-presence (PoPs) at three vXchnge colocation facilities. Wolfe’s multi-site deployment in vXchnge’s data centers is meant to support the company’s expanding East Coast customer base.
The PoPs are established in vXchnge’s colocation facilities in Secaucus and Jersey City, New Jersey, and Chappaqua, Westchester County, New York. Businesses in vXchnge’s high-density colocation facilities will now have access to Wolfe’s IP and Ethernet services as well as the opportunity to “peer” with Wolfe’s U.S. network.
“Deploying within vXchnge data centers is a natural fit for us as we continue to grow our customer base and expand into new markets with our high-performance Internet and Ethernet solutions and world-class support,” said Michael Scott, General Manager of Wolfe. “By enabling our secure and reliable network services in these three locations, we will be able to provide our services with virtually no latency and the level of service, flexibility, reach, and affordability necessary to continue to meet and exceed the needs of our customers.”
Ethernet and internet solutions
Wolfe provides companies across the United States fiber-based Ethernet and internet solutions to help meet business connectivity needs including Ethernet Transport Service, Metro E, VPLS, IPVPN and Wolfe Business Internet.
Currently in eight critical markets, vXchnge is expanding its colocation footprint to 15 additional markets throughout the U.S. to tackle the “distance to customer” or “localization” issues cloud hosting and service providers are currently facing.
