Cologix is a data center provider that focuses exclusively on colocation and interconnection. The company has strategically located colocation facilities in Dallas, Jacksonville, Minneapolis, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Colocation clients in the facility will have direct access to Cologix’s Meet-Me-Room, which presents more than 70 network providers.

Peering opportunities

“We continue to see strong demand in Minneapolis across all customer segments and increasingly from financial institutions and large enterprises,” said Grant van Rooyen, Cologix President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our new data center will provide all our customers with the benefits of the broadest connectivity choice in the Upper Midwest, all within easy access from IT offices in and around downtown. The new colocation capacity will also support content and cloud hosting providers who are recognizing Minneapolis as an ideal peering market, and the new edge of the Internet.”
