SolarWinds Observability Brings Visibility for Hybrid and Multi Cloud

IT management software provider SolarWinds has introduced SolarWinds Observability, a fully integrated, cloud-native SaaS product that gives modern, distributed, hybrid, and multi-cloud IT environments complete and unified visibility.

With the use of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that would make it simple to manage extremely complex IT environments, SolarWinds Observability would help businesses speed the digital transformation process.

With a single pane of glass for visibility, the new SaaS platform combines SolarWinds observability solutions for network, infrastructure, systems, applications, databases, digital experiences, and log monitoring. With the help of the actionable business insights it offers, SolarWinds Observability would help IT Ops and DevOps teams, developers, cloud architects, and IT executives reach the highest levels of performance, compliance, and resilience.

Multi-Cloud Visibility

“For more than 20 years, we have focused on providing customers with solutions to digitally transform their companies. This marks a significant moment in our own transformation as we launch our most impactful observability solution to date,” said Sudhakar Ramakrishna, President and CEO at SolarWinds. “We designed SolarWinds Observability to support every customer – regardless of where they are on their cloud journey – and to deliver simplicity, security, and great value to DevOps, SecOps, CloudOps, and IT Ops professionals.”

Through total environment visibility in both public and private clouds, SolarWinds Observability would hasten the detection and resolving of anomalies. SolarWinds Observability helps to assure optimal performance and improved user experience regardless of how distributed, where, or how frequently a business’s services change by enabling IT Ops, DevOps, and SecOps teams to shift from reactive to proactive postures. SolarWinds Observability is available as a cloud-native offering on both AWS and Microsoft Azure clouds.

“At SolarWinds, we’re laying the foundation for autonomous operations through both monitoring and observability solutions built to empower customers to move forward on their cloud and digital transformation journeys,” said Rohini Kasturi, Chief Product Officer at SolarWinds. “With our Hybrid Cloud Observability and SolarWinds Observability offerings, customers have ultimate flexibility to deploy on a private cloud, public cloud, or as a service. We’re also simplifying our business model with node-based licensing and tier-based entitlements to support customers of all sizes.”

Hybrid Cloud Observability

“We designed SolarWinds Observability to support every customer – regardless of where they are on their cloud journey,” said Sudhakar Ramakrishna, President and CEO at SolarWinds.

A new iteration of SolarWinds’ Hybrid Cloud Observability solution is also being introduced. Hybrid Cloud Observability will now come with improved anomaly detection capabilities powered by AI and ML, deployed in customer data centers but easily implementable in hybrid settings. Customers of SolarWinds can transition from on-premises to SaaS at their own speed thanks to hybrid cloud observability.

The success of the company over the past 20 years in network, system, infrastructure, database, IT service management, and application management software is the foundation for SolarWinds Observability and Hybrid Cloud Observability. Both solutions were created in accordance with a strict, multi-layered security framework and the SolarWinds Secure by Design standards. The launches of SolarWinds Observability and Hybrid Cloud Observability would fulfill the company’s goal to introduce both SaaS and hybrid cloud observability solutions in 2022. That vision was first shared by Sudhakar Ramakrishna at the company’s Analyst and Investor Day held in November 2021.

The launch of SolarWinds Observability follows the company announcing its new Transform Partner Program earlier this month. Through user-friendly, AI-powered SolarWinds observability solutions, SolarWinds Transform would enable partners to expedite digital transformation for their clients.
