JumpCloud is founded by eight-time venture-backed entrepreneur Rajat Bhargava, and led by a team of seasoned IT professionals. The company has grown quickly since launching at TechCrunch Disrupt San Francisco last September.

“We truly believe in the significant value of our product, and this investment is a testament to the confidence in our vision and team,” said Rajat Bhargava, CEO and founder of JumpCloud. “Working closely with our customers, we have already made tremendous progress in the months since launching. Having the increased resources that this funding will provide allows us to accelerate our mission of automating the management of every server, everywhere.”

An automated SaaS-based offering, JumpCloud would install in seconds and deploy on dedicated servers, virtual servers, or cloud servers. The company is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
