Accenture Acquires CS Technology to Expand Cloud Engineering Capabilities

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired CS Technology, a technology company that specializes in infrastructure transformation. CS Technology provides a wide range of cloud infrastructure engineering services, with expertise in infrastructure and cloud planning, critical facility design, data center, and contemporary workplace technology. The transaction’s terms were not disclosed.

The addition of CS Technology would boost Accenture Cloud First’s capabilities in infrastructure engineering. Accenture’s cloud services offering will be enhanced as a result of this, and customers will be able to take full use of the benefits that cloud and distributed edge computing platforms provide in order to maximize the return on their cloud investments.

The acquisition of CS Technology adds more than 100 professionals to Accenture with various accreditations in cloud, workplace, project management and engineering.
