Datapipe Achieves AWS Microsoft Workloads Competency Status

Datapipe, a provider of managed services for public cloud platforms with expertise in architecting, migrating, managing and securing public cloud, private cloud, hybrid IT and traditional IT, has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS Cloud) Microsoft Workloads Competency status within the AWS Partner Network (APN).

This new competency would represent Datapipe’s extensive domain expertise in the design, migration, deployment, and management of Microsoft-based applications on AWS Cloud, specifically with workloads based on Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Datapipe also achieved AWS Competency status in several other areas, including Storage, Migration and Oracle. Each of these AWS recognitions are achieved only after meeting detailed program requirements, customer references, customer support review, and completion of in-depth AWS training and certification programs.

The AWS Microsoft Workloads Competency has been updated to more easily connect AWS Cloud customers with skilled AWS APN partners that match their Windows workload migration goals. The competency now combines SharePoint and Exchange competencies under a new Productivity Solutions category, while Microsoft SQL Server is represented within the category Database Solutions. This competency would apply a stringent validation process to ensure expert delivery by qualified APN consulting partners.

Datapipe is proud to be one of the first APN partners to achieve the AWS Microsoft Workloads competency for both Productivity Solutions and Database Solutions,” said David Lucky, Director of Product Management, Datapipe. “This speaks to our team’s deep expertise in deploying mission-critical Microsoft applications and workloads on AWS, and to our long history providing these capabilities to our many clients in helping them harness the full potential of AWS Cloud.”
