Watch this video tutorial to see which steps you need to follow to recover or change your mailbox password.
Start by logging in to your 123-reg Control Panel. Click on Manage email in the Email section, select the domain name that the mailbox is linked to and then click on More – Mailbox settings.
Now, under Preferences you’ll have the option to edit the password to your mailbox. Simply set a new password and make sure it’s at least eight characters, including numbers, upper and lowercase letters and at least one special character. Now all you need to do is click Save.
